Weight loss: When you perform exercises, your body burns extra calories, respectively extra fat. Why extra? Because you burn calories while you sleep, breath, even eat. When you perform exercises you burn extra calories. Do you know that the maximum amount of calories is burned by muscles? To perform exercises means to use your muscles and respectively you burn calories.

*Note: you can help yourself when you intake (eat) less calories and burn extra calories – this is the right way to lose weight. Don’t expect to stick yourself with food, to exercise and to lose weight – this is like to steps ones forward and after that to step ones back!

If you are not sure where to start my advice is to try – this is the only way to learn your preferences. Sometimes I like to alternate activities – this gives me balance. From fitness I take strength muscles, from yoga I become more flexible, aerobics give me endurance in cardio activities – all these can help you to feel better.
