Exercises that flatten the stomach have nothing with physical exercises. To flatten your stomach you have to eat often but small meals. For example try this eating exercise:

08.00 – breakfast
10.00 – second breakfast
12.00 – lunch
14.00 – post lunch
16.00 – before dinner
18.00 – dinner

The purpose of these 6 meals is to regularly fill your stomach and not experience hunger during the day. Remember that these are small meals, if you eat big meals these are not stomach flattening exercises.

Your stomach can not be flat if you eat big amount of food at once, even if you eat big amount of right foods.

I have letter from a woman who eat 5 times a day oat meal. Her stomach stayed bloated and she asks why this happened. The key here is that she ate big meals of oat and her diet regimen is not balanced.

It is possible to eat one type of food per day, but next day you have to change it, because your body needs variety of vitamins and minerals which are found in variety of food.

When you have hectic life it is easier to prepare one type of food for the whole day. For example pour with boiling water 18 spoons of oats (plain, don’t eat oats with any additives) add some salt and white Greek cheese. Divide this to 6 meals and eat them according the above time schedule.

Next day change the food. This is very important. It is not healthy to eat only one type of food.

I remember when I was a student I was very busy (study and work at the same time) and I ate for a month every day the same food. It was very easy to buy and prepare the same food every day. After a month my skin became very dry, I felt itch on my scalp and I experienced hair split ends.

Never eat poor variety of food, even this type food is considered as diet. Always eat different right foods; the only exception is one type of food per day.

Remember that best exercise to flatten abs are eating exercises, not crunches, not any physical activity. You have to decrease the amount of food to flatten your abs.

Try these eating exercises that flatten the stomach for a week and see the results. Your stomach will go back and you will easily see your foots.
