23 minutes free ab workout video

I like this free ab workout video very much (because it is my production lol). I include exercises for 3 of the main abdominal muscle groups – upper, side and lower ab. The video is challenging and at the beginning it may be difficult for you. My advice is to try to follow my repetitions and if you feel tired rest for a while (1-2 repetitions) and go on.

The purpose of this video is to be hard and challenging – if you don’t experience difficulty, this ab workout is not suitable for you (you need harder exercises).

But if you feel exercises are hard for you – Bingo! – This ab workout is just for you. Exercises must be hard; otherwise they don’t have any weight loss result.

During the cardio part of the video, I use little dumbbells (1,5 kg or 3 pounds) – this is for advanced people. You can do cardio without dumbbells, but move your arms, because while moving arms you burn extra calories.

2 mins 30 secs – warm up

3 minutes – upper abdominal muscles

4 minutes – exercises for love handles (side ab exercises)

2 minutes – lower ab exercises

4 minutes – exercises that target lower ab and hips

1 minute – breathing and relaxation

3 mins 30 secs – cardio (also known as: aerobics)

1 minute – exercises for love handles

1 minute – aerobics (also know as: cardio)

1 minute – breathing and relaxation

The next day after you did my free ab workout, you abs may/must sore (if they don’t, it means you did nothing).

Muscle sore is a normal thing, especially if you are beginner and don’t have workout experience.

What I found as a cure for a muscle sore is the Time – yes, after 2-3 days abdominal sore will disappear.

If you workout your muscles regularly it is more likely to not feel abdominal sore.
