How to burn stomach fat in 2 easy steps?

1. You maybe astonished but not stomach exercises burn stomach fat. Think for your body as a system not as body parts. This system needs energy to survive. The energy is food you eat. If you eat more food than you spend, than there is energy excess and it is stored in the body as fat. On the other hand if there is energy deficit, than the body pulls energy from 2 sources – muscles and fat.

You see the difference in storing and pulling energy? Storing is only in form of fat and pulling is from muscles and fat.

But you want to burn only fat, not muscles or fat and muscles. Yes, there is method to burn only fat and keep your hard gained muscles. Read point 2 about this.

So in order to have flat stomach you need to maintain calorie deficit via healthy diet plan and workout regularly.

2. Stomach exercises and their role in losing tummy fat. The role of exercises is to “show” to your body (as system) that you need muscles to sustain life, because if you challenge your muscles regularly it seems they are necessary for life.

Exercises also spend some energy, for example 1 hour moderate workout spends 300-400 calories equal to calories in a piece of cake. When doing stomach exercises you don’t spend energy from stomach fat but from your body’s total energy source. When doing arms exercises again you spend energy from the total source. This is the reason you can’t spot fat. Your body “decides” where to burn fat from.

That’s why the idea for doing only stomach exercises is not good and even not healthy. But don’t worry in the video above there are non traditional tummy exercises along with total body exercises in order to get balanced, healthy workout.
